Prices, Rates and Payment: All charges are subject to adjustments based upon job size, carpet condition, carpet type, upholstery type, upholstery condition, and accessibility. Rates are determined for each job on basis that is both fair and flexible. Payment is due upon completion of work. Interest is charged on any unpaid balance due after 30 days. A 90 day interest free payment plan is available upon request and approval of Castle Carpet Cleaning.

Upholstery Cleaning Waiver
All upholstery cleaning involves some degree of risk to the fabric being cleaned. Shrinking, color bleeding, yellowing, texture changes, and discoloring can all occur when fabrics are cleaned. Some furniture manufacturers apply labels that recommend not cleaning the upholstery. For no charge we can test a small area of the upholstery fabric for your approval before proceeding with the cleaning. We can also give you our opinion about the fabric. However, we cannot guarantee how your particular fabric will respond to the upholstery cleaning. You must assume responsibility for any unwanted affects from your upholstery cleaning for us to proceed.

If you have household budget concerns, we can help you by offering a payment schedule, charge card options or postponement of part of the cleaning.
90 Days Interest Free
We offer to our customers a 90 day, interest free payment plan. You can divide your bill into two, three, or four payments and make regular payments up to 90 days interest free.

We also accept payment with Visa and MasterCard.
Minimum Charge
We have a set minimum charge that we must make (after all discounts and coupons) per job. We have certain set costs involved in purchasing, maintaining, and operating our $47,000 truck mounted cleaning plants. To be fair, we must charge a minimum to cover some of these fixed costs. We are happy to work with you, to make sure that the cleaning you receive covers this minimum charge, so that it is fair to everyone.
Phone estimates
Over the phone we can only give you an approximate idea of what cleaning any items or areas might cost you. Sizes and circumstances can and always seem to vary widely. Over the phone, we can try to give you a range within which we believe the cost of the described cleaning would fall, but sometimes we can measure up a job upon arrival and have it fall way outside the range due to factors unable to be determined over the phone.
To be fair to our customers, we always recommend a Free Estimate. We can set a time convenient for you for us to come by to measure and appraise the condition of the items and areas you are interested in getting cleaned. We then give you an itemized written quote. You then know exactly what each area and item to be cleaned will cost ahead of time. That way we avoid any possible misunderstandings.
