If you are unhappy for any reason with the cleaning we do for you, call us within seven days and we will cheerfully re-clean any area or item. If you are still unhappy your cleaning is FREE.

Your satisfaction is our primary goal every time we clean. If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please let us know so we can re-clean it for you. We can't guarantee to always fix the problem, but we guarantee we will always do our best and if you are still unsatisfied, your cleaning is FREE!

Courtesy Spot Cleaning

You may receive one free Spot Cleaning within two weeks after we have cleaned for you. If a spill should occur or a pet has an accident we will come back and clean it for no charge. This offer is limited to two weeks and one cleaning.
